Planning A Casino Night Party
A Casino Party (also known as a Casino Night or a Monte Carlo Night) is an event where you experience the fun and excitement of playing in a real casino, but instead of you and your guests going to a casino to play, the 'casino' is brought to you!
Planning A Casino Night Party
They key difference between Casino Parties and 'the real thing' is that unlike an actual casino, no real gambling takes place at these events. The games are played with 'funny money' or casino chips with no cash value and are played for entertainment only.
Casino Parties are organized for a wide variety of occasions, from corporate events to casino fundraisers; from birthday parties to conventions, and feature professional game tables much like the ones you'd find in a real casino, and professional event dealers (croupiers) to run the games for a predetermined period of time.
As guests arrive, they receive a set amount of chips to play with on the casino game(s) of their choice, and they can play for the duration of the event (or when they run out of chips, depending on the host's 'house rules.') Toward the end of the event, players' scores are added up and prizes are traditionally awarded either to the high scorer or by way of a raffle drawing.
