Scott lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife Linda and their three children, Olivia, Lily and Charlie. In their spare time they love to travel.

Scott graduated from Gettysburg College with dual majors in International Economics and Spanish. Following completion of his undergraduate degree, Scott attended the University of Seville in Seville, Spain, where he earned an Advanced Business Certificate in International Economics. Scott also completed the Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School in 2002.
